About Advanced HVAC

David – owner/partner

David studied mechanical engineering at Algonquin College and has always had a passion for business. A true entrepreneur at heart, he understands the ins and outs of running a business. He is a true people-person and knows what customers want. He is more than happy to wear many hats to ensure the work is well done.

Martin – owner/partner

Martin studied heating and cooling at Cité Collégiale. Passionate about his work, after only a few years in the industry, he obtained his commercial gas license. He has since obtained his commercial refrigeration license and many countless certificates in the trade (boilers, hydronics, etc.). With over 12 years’ experience, he can diagnose any heating and cooling problem. Martin is Advanced HVAC’s service manager, overseeing all technical aspects and training for the team of technicians. There’s no job too big or too small for Martin to tackle.

Jeff – technician

Jeff is a true heating and cooling expert. With over 23 years in the trade, he lives and breathes heating and cooling. You won’t find anyone better to get the job done. Jeff takes his job seriously. He is a very proud craftsman who will only do the work properly. He has a lot of respect for the trade and is an excellent leader to apprentices. He understands the importance of his work and ensures customers are happy. Jeff is a fully licensed technician in gas, refrigeration, and ductwork.

Troy – technician

Troy is our true people person. His positive attitude will be felt as soon as he walks into any room. Troy is fully licensed in gas, refrigeration and ductwork. He is always organized and meticulous in all his work. Eager to learn, he is happy to do any job to refine his craft. Respectful and dedicated, Troy ensures customer satisfaction is met every time.

Chris – technician

Chris is a keen observer, the youngest of the group; he obtained his gas license at Cité Collégiale. Chris installs services and maintains heating and cooling equipment as well as duct work.

Monique – HR and Finance

Monique takes care of Advanced HVAC’s human resources and finances. As David and Martin’s mother, she is happy to lend her expertise in contributing to the family business. Monique is an exemplary employee, dedicated to her work.

Kevin – office administrator

Kevin is an important part of the administrative team, taking care of many tasks from answering calls, scheduling work and processing paperwork. He is the liaison between the clients and the technicians. He cares for the customers and wants to ensure they are satisfied with the service they receive from Advanced HVAC.
